Shipping Within Australia

  • Delivery Timeframes: Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days and delivered within 3-7 business days, depending on your location.
  • Shipping Rates: Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight, size, and destination of your order. Free shipping may be offered for orders over a certain value, as indicated on our website.
  • Tracking: Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information to monitor your delivery.
  • International Shipping

  • Delivery Timeframes: International orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days and delivered within 7-21 business days, depending on the destination. Delivery times may vary due to customs and other international shipping factors.
  • Shipping Rates: Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the destination and order size. International shipping fees do not include customs duties, taxes, or fees that may be charged by your country’s customs office.
  • Customs and Import Duties: The customer is responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees incurred. We recommend checking with your local customs office for more information before placing an order.
  • General Shipping Information

  • Order Processing: Orders are processed Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays). Orders placed after 12 PM AEST may be processed the following business day.

    Return Eligibility

  • Products must be returned within 30 days of delivery.
  • Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging.
  • Proof of purchase is required for all returns.
  • Non-Returnable Items

  • Products that have been opened or used.
  • Perishable or time-sensitive products.
  • Items purchased as final sale or marked as non-returnable at the time of purchase.
  • How to Initiate a Return

  • Once approved, we will provide instructions on how to return the item.
  • The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is faulty or incorrect.
  • Refund Process

  • Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days of receiving the returned item.
  • If the item was purchased using a gift card, the refund will be issued as store credit.
  • Exchanges

  • We do not offer direct exchanges. To exchange an item, please return the original product and place a new order.
  • Faulty or Incorrect Items

  • If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please notify us within 7 days of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or refund, including return shipping costs.
